1. Return and Exchange Conditions
Return conditions: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item has not been used, washed or damaged, and that the original label and packaging are maintained.
Exchange conditions: If the product has a quality problem or is not the right size, you can request an exchange within 14 days. Products should remain unused and in sellable condition.

3. Refund Processing

If the return is due to us sending the wrong item or a problem with the quality of the item, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as inappropriateness or change of mind), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
